Hi all and greetings from Sofia! We are happy to invite you to join our annual national meeting.
It will take place on 3-4th of September 2011 near Veliko Tarnovo.

We shall be very happy if you have interest in participating.

Prices
* Accommodation and gala dinner on Saturday night (and access to swiming pool) :
o Single person (in double room) : 46 leva (~23 euro);
o Two persons (in double room) : 70 leva (~35 euro);
o Children under 12 years old : 20 leva (~10 euro) - kids menu;

* Acommodation for Friday or Sunday night (and access to swiming pool) (NOT including breakfast or dinner):
o Single person (in double room) : 28 leva (~14 euro);
o Two persons (in double room) : 36 leva (~18 euro);
o Children under 12 years old : 9 leva (~5 euro);

Gala dinner menu:
- Appetizers platter (for 4 people) 100g sujuk, 100g lukanka, 200g cheese
- Shoppska salad (salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese)
- Pork or chicken steak with garnish (cabbage, chutney, fried potatoes)
- Bread
- 1 soft drink (330 ml.)
- 1 mineral water (500 ml.)
Snacks and other consumption is paid according to the menu of the restaurant.

The gathering will take place in a hotel, The Lesoparka located in a beautiful mountain area ​​10 km. from Veliko Tarnovo, 5 km. from Arbanassi and 1.5 km. from the village of Lyaskovets (mid Bulgaria).
The hotel is nicely furnished, has a swimming pool, nice restaurant, and others.
All rooms have private bathroom, airconditioning, TV (cable TV), terrace.

16:45 - Departure for Gorna Oryahovitsa.

17:00 to 19:00 Gathering of all cars @ a special parking. Photos. Review of all cars for competition "car of the meeting".
During this gathering several events /games will take place.

19:00 - Back @ hotel

20:00 - Gala Dinner
During the gala dinner we have several challenges for our guests who would bring them prizes.

20:00 to 21:30 Vote for Car of the Fest!

22:00 - Awards time - car of the fest etc.


Sunday (4/09)
10:45 - Departure for Tsarevets Fortress and walk around Veliko Tarnovo.

13:00 - Check out

@ Dani : the road is quite clear - we come to veliko and either pass it through and turn left to go to lyaskovets, either we go to arbanassi - lyaskovets ... probably the gps will decide, since we will stop before veliko for a walk in a park nearby, then stop in veliko for a bite and only then come to hotel (which is nicely marked on google maps you put on romanian forum, i was always asking myself if it's the big one or the small one)

and yes, we intend to come all at once

Looking at the picture from Google maps,I'd say that our hotel is the small one.I've put some other indications for the other buildings,visible on the image,just for information.

i also want to thank you for our gr8 time there, and i hope we'll meet again soon

it was a memorable meeting for me, as on my route to lesoparka me and smiley followed an "untamed" road and scratched our cars ... these marks will always remind us of this trip (or at least till our next paint-job of the car)

then, my gps went crazy and took me on a mountain rocky road saying that i'll arrive at lesoparka in 50 meters ... only later i realised it wanted us to arrive THROUGH the backyard of the hotel =))

veliko food (and bulgarian) is brilliant; just as opposite as some of the roads are ) ; good thing there are road-works to make them better, as i found in a late evening in gorna oryahovitsa where the gps got me lost again )

but since all that ends well IS well, i am waiting to know the date and location of your 10th national meeting
