10th anniversary - National CLUB FORD BG Meeting

After a lot of thinking and looking for the perfect location, here we are ready with the official information on the 10th BULGARIAN NATIONAL FORD MEETING.
The meeting will be held at Relax Coop Hotel, which is located 30 km south of Veliko Turnovo in the outskirts of Stara Planina, in the center of the resort “Voneshta Voda”, on the road to Stara Zagora.
The hotel is beautifully furnished, with mineral water pool, restaurant, lobby bar, pit stop bar, fitness for the racers, big parking for our Ford cars and others.
Nearby attractions that can be visited are: Kilifarevo and Dryanovo monasteries, Tsarevets Hill, Arbanassi, Tryavna, Bozhentsi, Ethnographic Museum "Etura" and others.

Dates of the meeting are 31 August-2 September 2012 with a gala dinner on 1st September.

Price in leva per person per day:
Adult on regular bed in double room - 27.00 leva
Adult using double room as a single - 41.00 leva
Children from 6 to 12 years on extra bed in double room - 11.00 leva
Children over 12 years on extra bed in double room - 22.00 leva
Children over 12 years on regular bed in double room - 27.00 leva
Price includes: accommodation, buffet breakfast, use of indoor / outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness, parking, VAT, tourist tax and insurance.
Gala evening on 1st September for 1 person:
1. Tomatoes and cucumbers salad 300g
2. Warm appetizer - stuffed pepper 200g
3. Chicken roll with mushroom sauce and garnish 400g
or (must choose one of two options under item 3)
3. Pork steak with mushroom sauce and garnish 400g
4. Dessert - cake
5. 2 slices of bread
6. Soft drink 250 ml.
Price: 20 leva
Gala evening on 1st September for 1 child:
1. Chicken with cornflakes
2. Side dish: potatoes
3. 2 slices bread
4. Dessert - Ice cream
Price: 10 leva
All other consumption is paid by the restaurant menu.
Members of Club Ford Bulgaria Association receive 15% discount on room rates!
Reservations are accepted from now until 05 August 2012. Club members have priority.
Reservations are accepted until we fill rooms we booked in the hotel. For now there are 80 rooms, with an option to talk with the hotel management and book more, so we invite you now to plan and book. Let's make a friendly Ford gathering a huge emotional party!
Each reservation must be paid within one week after confirmation in person or by bank transfer to a bank account which will be given upon request.
